Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) offers a residential energy efficiency assessment service to owners of single family homes including:

  1. Detached, semi-detached
  2. Low-rise multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs)

Under the ecoENERGY Retrofit program, property owners can qualify for federal grants by improving the energy efficiency of your home and reducing the impact on the environment.

To be eligible for these government grants, your home must be assessed before and after airKrete®; is installed. This allows for a clear measurement of the increased insulation efficiency.

  • NRCan licensed energy advisors conduct a detailed, on-site assessment of your home's energy use .
  • They provide you with a personalized report including a checklist of recommended retrofits to improve the energy efficiency of your home or MURB.
  • The report also highlights eligible grant amounts for each upgrade that you can receive .
